Privacy Policy
Effective: 2025-09-10
Justable AI ("Justable", "we", "us", or "our") provides AI‑powered quoting and lead‑capture tools for contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website, applications, widgets, and chat bots (collectively, the "Services").
Information We Collect
- Account and contact information: name, company, email, phone, role, and authentication data when you create an account or request early access.
- Business configuration: pricing rules, services, materials, labor rates, templates, and branding you provide to set up your quote bot.
- Lead and customer information: chat transcripts, service selections, addresses, budgets, and other details supplied by visitors when they interact with your bot and quotes.
- Usage and device data: log files, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookie or similar identifiers to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Payment information: if applicable, payments are processed by a third‑party provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including generating and delivering quotes.
- Configure, host, and support your quote bot and related dashboards.
- Create de‑identified benchmarks and analytics across customers to help configure pricing and improve models.
- Communicate with you about updates, support, and marketing (you may opt out of marketing anytime).
- Monitor performance, debug, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
Aggregated & Anonymized Data
We may create and use aggregated or de‑identified datasets derived from information you and your customers provide (for example, ranges of typical labor rates or common pricing inputs across regions). We use these datasets to provide benchmarks, analytics, and to improve the Services. Aggregated or de‑identified datasets do not identify you, your company, or your customers. We may share aggregate insights publicly or with other customers, but we will not disclose information in a form that could reasonably identify you or your customers. Where required by law, you may opt out of inclusion in benchmarking by contacting us.
Legal Bases
Where required, we process information based on your consent, to perform our contract with you, our legitimate interests (including operating, securing, and improving the Services and producing de‑identified benchmarks), and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing of Information
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, customer support, and communication tools that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
- Your business recipients: when a visitor confirms a quote, we share the visitor’s details with the contractor account that owns the bot.
- Aggregated or de‑identified information: we may share aggregate insights that cannot reasonably identify you.
- Legal and safety: to comply with law, protect rights, or respond to lawful requests.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We may anonymize or aggregate data for analytics.
Security
We use industry‑standard security measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross‑border data transfers.
U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, CA, CO, CT, UT, VA), you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, to opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. To exercise rights, please submit a request via our contact form below. We will verify and respond consistent with applicable law.
